BEER ON THE  BEACH?

SURE !

I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTIONS OF TAKING ANY ACTION WHICH WOULD PREVENT ANYONE FROM TAKING THEIR BEER OR THEIR WINE COOLERS TO THE BEACH WHEN THEY GO FISHING OR SUNBATHING.

The fearmongers in town will try to tell you different, or that I’m only saying this to get elected.   That is totally, completely false. 

By law, people are allowed to take their beer to the beach with them.  I respect that law, and I respect the wishes of those who like to take

advantage of our unique situation here on Oak Island.

I have said from the very beginning, and I will say it again;  if people abide by the law, I will make sure that their rights are protected.
